Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a01.\u00a0CUSTOMER SATISFACTION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of original artwork(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience by offering a no-argument guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will completely refund your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event that you wish to return your purchase, simply notify the Morrow Gallery within ten (10) days from the receipt of the artwork(s) by e-mail to jean@morrowgallery.com of any intended return. You may return any artwork(s) acquired for a complete refund, provide that:<\/span><\/p>\n

– The artwork(s) are returned in same condition as received.<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0You are responsible for shipping the artwork(s) back to the Morrow Gallery, and for the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0SHIPPING & HANDLING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We currently only ship to Canada and the US. \u00a0All paintings are shipped by UPS. \u00a0The shipping cost is based on size of painting. \u00a0Please contact us at jean@morrowgallery.com for a detailed quote.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0DUTY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Canadian Customers – FREE<\/span><\/p>\n

US Customers \u2013 FREE – Original, Canadian artwork is entitled to enter the US duty-free. In order for US customs to release your shipment into the US a Tax ID or Social Security Number may be required. We cannot anticipate any additional fees individual states may require for web purchases after the fact.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0PAYMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Morrow Gallery uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete financial transactions as securely as possible. You will receive an email receipt to confirm Morrow Gallery has received your order. In Canada we also use e-transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.<\/span><\/p>\n
